Futures in Film runs working film units at the Ken Adam Building, Pinewood: new kit is tested, new crew are trained, and working crew come back to learn. The margin pays for the people the industry has not reached. A working unit on a studio lot, not a film school.

A product goes through a shooting day in the hands of working heads of department and people meeting it for the first time. Experienced crew adapt to a fault without noticing. People who are new fail to get the shot, and tell you why. MR Helix contributes the technical expertise and infrastructure.
